Job Description
Job Responsiblities:
1. Develop e-Commerce business model including PPA, pricing, mechanics, logistics, sales and investment2. Managing the daily operation in JD GCBCs business. Initiate promotion and online campaigns to drive traffic and sales.3. Build up Joint-business plan with JD and negotiate for good exposure resources to achieve the sales target. 4. Ensure solid turnover and meeting long-term & short-term sales targets.5. Efficient work with the EC market team to work out the monthly campaign to build up brand awareness in JD.6. Develop strategy on portfolio, pricing, promotion plan to drive healthy business.7. Regular reporting of market intelligence, including market trend of product development, competitors’ activities,market share, penetration etc. 8. Plan and implement online customer loyalty retention and new customer acquisition programs 9. Cross-functional communication for improving CFR, OOS, AR, pricing etc. 10. Ensure the online excellence through visibility 11. Distributor management to ensure the daily operation12. Trading terms Negotiations 13. Consumer insight, data analysis
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above2. Negotiation skill, people management, learning agility, cross functional communication, problem solving, responsibility 3. >3 years of relative negotiation and operation experience in FMCG 4. >1 years JD/ Esuper background5. Learning Agility and Growth mindset, 6. Thrives in a fast changing/learning organization with fast-paced environment
