Title: Senior Product Support Engineer- Refrigeration

Organization: China Operations-Suzhou

Location: Suzhou

Reports to: Cell Manager

Position Summary:

Professional track; Band 6, Full time
Assist Cell Manager to driving new product transfer, shop floor productivity, quality performance improving and continuous improvement to insure that production schedules are achieved in alignment with customer delivery requirements.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

• Provide necessary technique support to production on engineering change, problem solving, trouble shooting, first pass yield improving and productivity improvement every year.
• Support production start-up activities, prepare BOM, working instruction, test procedure, design process flow and related test fixture, provide useful suggestion and affect R&D from manufacture side.
• Verify engineering changes, coordinate and implement ECOs.
• Perform engineering evaluations and support detailed failure analysis related to our product to identify root cause of failure and prevent failure occurrence.
• Attend or lead VAVE activities for cost saving.
• Provide Manufacturing training for technicians.

Other Job Requirements:

• Quality data statistic and reporting.
• Quality and regulatory related training, like NMPA, ISO13485, UL, etc

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor, or above, Degree in Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, refrigeration industry experience is needed.

Experience Qualifications:

• At Least 8 years' relevant experience in refrigeration industry
• Familiarity with Computer Aided Design software tools including Pro/E, Solidworks, Auto CAD etc.
• Knowledge of Quality control, NMPA related requirements.
• Technically competent in troubleshooting from self-site or customer’s side.
• Self-motivated individual, possessed a mature and responsible nature.
• Excellent communication and human relation skills
• Good English skill both in oral and written is essential, can work with global team from different zones.
