Responsibilities

• Support the CEO's external activities, including but not limited to liaising with external customers, partners, and media; overall event planning and orchestration; as well as preparation of materials for keynote speeches. Ensure that the CEO's communicated information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with Microsoft's global strategy and corporate guidelines.

• Orchestrate the CEO's internal communication by collaborating with various teams within Microsoft to gather data and insights and develop communication content for the CEO. Ensure the clear and accurate conveyance of the company's strategic directives to employees. Additionally, support the CEO's communication with the GCR SLT team to ensure internal alignment.

• Plan and organize internal events, including but not limited to the annual kickoff, manager day, quarterly all-hands, and monthly SLT meetings. Design the CEO's presentations for these events.

• Stay informed about legal regulations, latest developments, and trends in the technology and artificial intelligence industries. Establish and maintain close relationships with industry media and promote communication with tech and AI communities and companies to generate up-to-date industry insights and business opportunities.

• Regularly research and summarize the success stories of key customers in various industries related to their latest AI innovations.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in communications, business or tech-related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in technology company or strategy consulting for tech industry or tech media, with extensive experience in CEO-level communications.

• A passion for IT technology, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, ideally complemented by excellent industry insights.

• Exceptional oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different regions and cultures.

• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft well-written documents and Power Point presentations.

• Proficiency in English at a native speaker level, with Mandarin as a complementary working language.

• A strong understanding of Microsoft and our solution areas.

• An MBA degree is a plus.
