Description:
Job Summary
Be responsible for increasing our sales to local customers and expending the market coverage in South China in Personal Care Industry.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the sustainability business in assigned territory;
- Visit customers regularly and build up good and long-term relationship with key potential customers;
- Promote Key Clients products to Key potential customers on regular basis;
- Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues or problems with customers;
- Implement customer service procedures to enhance customer's satisfaction;
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Familiar with cosmetics raw material and application;
Familiar with cosmetics development process;
Familiar with customers in skincare, haircare or color market;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, team-spirited, can-do attitude;
Team player, quick learner and able to work independently;
Project management experience and key accounts management experience are also preferred;
Good command on written English.
Education
Major in chemistry or biopharmaceutical, Bachelor's degree.
