• Accept audit assignments, contact factories and schedule the audits.
• Execute the factory compliance audits.
• Review 3rd party audit reports to derive factory compliance rating and score.
• Complete the Corrective Action Plan and audit report platform.
• Participate in project execution and task delivery of compliance audit related programs.
• Assist in conducting training program for the vendors and Kontoor staff to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Collaborate with the stakeholders in implementing and overseeing corrective action plans that will lead to issue resolution and prevention.
• Support Organization's life safety programs at factory locations by building awareness and management systems to address key electrical, fire, and safety issues.
• Drive improved environmental and social sustainability performance at factory locations by proactively working with factory management to build Management Systems.
• Regularly review performance with factory and the management, along with workers themselves, to ensure the worker wellbeing programs are improving the workers lives and creating value at the factory.
• Support department's objectives regarding traceability of product and raw materials at factory locations.

• At least 3 years of experience working in factory compliance as an auditor.
• Excellent knowledge of China and Vietnam labor laws and relevant social & compliance issues.
• Good communication & inter-personal skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Logical reasoning and sound judgement
• Proactive in accepting new task assignments and challeges
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Access).

• Bachelor’s degree from reputed Institute.
