Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
Technical Support
Provide End-application total solution & technical & product advice & recommendations to end users & customers (pre & post sales).
Management
Technology training & track leads & plan database, organize seminars for customers, handle customer complaints & follow up on delivery/commitment.
Marketing
Update customers on new product information & record response. Update competitive environment. Report market intelligence and recommend marketing strategy, pricing policy and implement promotion activities.
Coordinate and assistance to do customer survey.
Promotion
Call end users, visit key accounts/customers to understand needs & complaints, provide technical information & support & suggestion solution, and prepare proposals to meet needs and overcome objections.
Performance Objectives:
Gain customer satisfaction & retention. Support design/ debug in the beginning of design.
Training Sales. Training Distributors. Organize End-product Brochure.
Ensure customers understand impact of new offers. Assist management to gain new business and ensure accuracy of planning to meet sales and marketing objectives.
Increase market presence and achieve design in/win target .

Minimum Position Requirements:
Bachelor or above of EE.
5 years’ experience in Automotive application design engineering filed.
Speak, read, write fluent in English and Mandarin.
