• Develop and maintain accounting automation process applications (APPs)

• Use RPA to automate accounting processes

• Support on the local ERP system implementation and improvements

• Continuously improve processes and ways of working in finance and accounting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digitalization solutions

• Stay updated on the latest digitalization trends and technologies in the finance and accounting industry

• Provide training and support to team members on digitalization tools and processes

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digitalization initiatives

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures

• Proven working experience in digitalization and process improvement, preferably within the finance and accounting industry

• Experience with Blue prism and developing RPA in the finance and accounting field

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices

• Proficiency in digitalization tools and technologies, including RPA software. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, M3 and/or other ERP system.

• Proficiency in Java backend development and Java Script

• Familiar with usage of Mongo DB

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest trends in digitalization and finance

• Fluent in English and Mandarin both oral and written.

• A University degree in IT/Finance/Business Administration.
