CFO for the Chinese subsidiary

Position:

Scope of the role
Reporting to the CEO (located in Italy) and functionally to China’s Country Manager he/she ensures the proper financial, administrative, tax and legal management of the Chinese Legal Entity, in coordination with local professionals, supporting the Bo D and the China Country Manager in making decisions about business development.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities
Finance, Administration and Management Control

• Coordination of the consulting firm in corporate, administrative, tax and social security;
• Preparation of financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards;
• Timely and accurate monthly processing of the "reporting package" of the Chinese Legal Entity;
• Collaboration with the parent company in the planning/budgeting/forecasting process;
• Supervision of the logistics flows of goods as well as the inventory and movement of the goods within the Chinese market;
• Management of treasury and Banks relationships.

Personnel, Legal, IT

• Coordination of the consulting firm in personnel administration and payroll;
• Support to the China Country Manager in managing employee relations;
• Coordination of law firm in relation to corporate matters and in drafting and managing contracts, licenses, etc;
• Preparation of mandatory corporate compliance;
• Supervision of all compliance activities of the Company regarding privacy, security, etc;
• Supervision and coordination with the parent company of out-of-court cases (formal notices, complaints, etc.);
• Supervision of the proper functioning of hardware and software devices as well as their integrity;
• Coordination and management of hardware and software support companies in collaboration with Group IT department.
