About the role - you will:

• Support monthly payroll calculation and payroll release.
• Support monthly government related reporting, such as SIB/CPF/IIT declaration.
• Support ad-hoc payroll project, such as yearly SAFE registration, RBA audit, etc.
• Coordinate with finance team members on payroll related data, such as cash forecast, yearly audit, budget process, etc.
• Others per supervisor’s request.
• 支持每月工资计算和工资发放。
• 支持每月政府相关报告，如 SIB/CPF/IIT 申报。
• 支持临时薪资项目，如年度 SAFE 注册、RBA 审计等。
• 与财务团队成员协调薪资相关数据，如现金预测、年度审计、预算流程等。
• 其他上级要求的工作。

Your experience includes:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Audit, Economic or other related majors
• Good knowledge of HR compensation mechanism
• Understand general Finance principles
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Bachelor‘s degree and/or equivalent experience（HR, Finance, Audit, Economic or other related majors）
• 人力资源、财务、审计、经济或其他相关专业的学士学位
• 熟悉人力资源薪酬机制
• 了解一般财务原则
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office
