Job Description

We are expanding our Finance team across China and looking for new colleagues to join us in Shanghai with Division Commercial Vehicle Solutions.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with sales team to understand current pricing strategy for key customer, key product, closely observe pricing dynamics and drives margin expansion, capture pricing potential risk and opportunity, bring the insight back to finance for proper booking, analysis, and forecasting
• Support the APAC region planning cycle including annual operating plan and quarterly/monthly forecasting process, in addition to maintain an eye on key business driver through detailed data analysis and commentary to business leaders
• Collaborate with sales team to understand current pricing strategy for key customer, key product, closely observe pricing dynamics and drives margin expansion, capture pricing potential risk and opportunity, bring the insight back to finance for proper booking, analysis, and forecasting
• Have a good understanding of product, annual volume, pricing strategy, SOM, penetration and customer vehicle production, project new launch, regulation etc. to enhance the business growth
• Analyzing data to provide meaningful explanations of results, identifying trends, and providing recommendations relevant to the business
• Understand the sales forecast process and address the price issue to proper owner and drive for continuously sales data quality improvement
• Understand the sales system operating logic and figure out where the improvement action needed, align with cross function team to implement that
• Support monthly financial outlook tracking, collaborating with APAC country/site finance and global function/corporate finance for continuous forecast quality improvement, prepare APAC financial reporting, and support on financial review

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years working experience with 2 years budgeting, planning, performance management in a sizable manufacturing company of MNC
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related
• Business driven mindset with excellent communication skills
• Fluent English communication with the native & nonnative English speaker
• Strong quick and self-learning ability and Self-motivated with a “sense of urgency” and “hand on” approach
• Strong sense of accountability, and willing to take new challenges
• Experience with SAP and powerful EXCEL user with massive data management skill, like Power query/pivot
