GCR IMC Digital Marketing Manager, GCR Integrated Marketing Center Team

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and owning campaign planning, execution, measurement and optimization processes.

They will develop targeted, integrated campaigns which support company business growth and deliver the best campaign experience to prospects, customers, partners and other target audiences.

Digital Marketing Managers must be able to work effectively and manage their activities and workload in line with agreed goals and deadlines.

Key job responsibilities
  • Build and execute integrated digital marketing campaign aligned to company and sales priorities and targets.
  • Work with global, product and field marketing team to identify, develop, and execute the campaigns and programs.
  • Define content and channel strategy goals and approach, identify and modify on compelling storylines.
  • Ensure that content best practices are applied to an integrated marketing program planning so that the full buyer’s journey and reputation, demand and sales enablement programs have been included and rationalized against activation plans.
  • Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the marketing plan and collaborate with sales team to ensure strong follow-through on sourced leads.
  • Cross-collaborate with other marketing and sales team to integrate campaign theme and promotion in online/offline events.
  • Oversee the timely execution of resources, budgeting, scheduling, creative themes, and social media strategies as related to campaigns.
  • Define and drive the delivery of regular reporting of campaign results. Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
  • Utilize reporting to examine campaign activity for problems or opportunities.
  • Explore, examine and introduce innovative new techniques, programs, formats and channels.
  • Oversee the implementation of an effective lead scoring framework and nurture programs.
  • The successful candidate will have developed marketing skills and experience working for B2B focused technology organizations, proactive in understanding business needs, and has experience in solution/industry marketing programs, cross-functional marketing programs, and integrated campaign development. Deep knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe CQ and Tableau are essential to the success in this role.
