What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and implement generative AI applications and algorithms using cutting-edge techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, identifying opportunities to integrate them into products and services.
• Optimize existing generative AI models for enhanced performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines, encompassing data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to establishing best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Your qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required, with a Ph.D. being highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English are essential, enabling you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing generative AI applications, coupled with a deep understanding of advanced techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs, is required.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Keras is expected.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles is necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools like Spa Cy, NLTK, or Hugging Face is advantageous.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions, are required.
• A proactive mindset, enabling you to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is essential.
