Your role and responsibilities
This position reports to Business leader in Wiring and Accessory Product Line and Function to Smart Building Business Line HR business Parter China. Your role and responsibilities ABB is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Wiring accessory Product Line in Electrification Smart Power Business Line China. Specifically, this role will provide strategic and operational HR expertise and guidance in the areas of HR & business strategy, culture change, organization design, leadership coaching, succession/pipeline planning, and talent assessment/engagement. You will establish credibility as a strategic partner, playing a consultative role to employees, managers, and leaders to manage growth. The work model for the role is: {onsite} You will be mainly accountable for: • Act as a direct sparring partner for the wiring accessory business in Smart Buildings China Business Line, to understand current business challenges that can be supported or resolved through people and leadership initiative and practices. • Counsel, support and challenge business leaders driving the most effective solutions for resolving issues and supporting short, mind and long-term objectives. • Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business. • Develops and drives the People Strategy aligned with business objectives, leading the implementation of initiatives in the organization • Able to assess and promote talent pipeline • Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement in the organization • Build and drive a culture of accountability and high performance, supported by strong collaboration, recognition and trust.Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human resources management or a related field
- Minimum 15 years HRBP working experiences in MNC, commercial organization HRBP experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen and customer focused mindset, with ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders with capacity to constructively challenge, influence and persuade.
- Demonstrated to be an efficient solution provider
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill, can think out of box and can turn the innovative ideas into fruition
- Strong ownership and can follow-up closely to ensure successful completion.
- Good facilitation skills, Good at change management, talent development and performance & rewarding
