About this opportunity
We are now looking for a HWS Customer Order Handling, responsible for CUJP HWS order fulfillment.
What you will do
Responsible for customer RMA order/request management, evaluate RMA information, release order, coordinate with related stakeholders to secure delivery meet customer requirement.
Push and follow up faulty return, exception & discrepancy handling.
Event support, special local support
Communication and business report
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree within relevant areas or corresponding work experience.
Basic knowledge of Ericsson Business Processes.
Rich logistics and supply chain knowledge.
Rich knowledge and experience of M5 and other HWS operation needed system.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
Passion for delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
