As a <Industrial Quality Engineer> you’ll be responsible for <the main challenge, impact and purpose of the role, t!>.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for the quality management of mass production products, including the failure analysis, driving the quality issue improvement from PFEMA, Control Plan to SOP.
• Responsible for quality inspection management by MSA (GR&R, Kappa).
• Responsible for the introduce & implementation of digitalization application system/APP, to replace QC daily records/activities by papers.
• Provide the support for quality reports, and failure analysis of customer complains.
• Provide the support for NPI activities by participation in the initial control plan preparation, problems analysis and improvements following up.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or material engineering are preferred.
• Good quality mindset and knowledge (QC 7 tools / 8D/ Six Sigma…).
• Skilled use of quality analysis tools, such as Minitab, MSA, and office software, such as Word、Excel、Power Point, Viso…
• Able to quickly learn new knowledge and skills to meet task requirements.
• Able to effectively communicate with team members, fluent English both orally and writing is required as a working language.
• Able to actively participate in team work with good team spirit of cooperation.
• Able to think independently and propose effective solutions when facing problems.
• Able to quickly adapt to new working environment and willing to enhance personal capability.
