What You’ll Do

Arrange the import & export shipments, preparing shipping documents and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments to meet business requirements.
Responsible for E-book’s extension, increment, carry-over, write-off and other management work, including creating new E-book, customs clearance of import and export, control of margins, etc., coordinating with customs clearance agency to make sure E-book to be written off without errors.
Good communication and emotion control skill to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualification:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in science or mechanical engineering
Experience in product verification or engineering of floor care product, robotics will be preferred
A team player
Strong English communication ability (both written and spoken)
Knowledge and experience in systems integration and the interactions between hardware and software design.

Core Competencies:

College degree or above, preferred in International Trade and Logistics.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Processing trade enterprises(加贸企业) and Customs E-Book management(电子账册管理).
Good communications & interpersonal skills, experience to deal with China Customs for compliance issue.
Good knowledge of MRP, BOM exploration and bonded material management.
Be familiar with International Trade terms and Smart Customs system(智慧关务系统).
Preferred with professional logistics certificate and fluent English.

Location:

You will be based at the Hangzhou Plat.
