Your Role

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the daily transport operation in plant for inbound and outbound shipments, ensure the incoming vehicles catch right loading and unloading point and contact person.
• Cooperate with sourcing & planning team to align all material planning activities and create material logistics processes within a high complexity plant operation.
• Create a good logistics environment in the factory, keep it orderly and safe.
• Establish and maintain relationship with logistics service providers, including express, FTL（Full truck load ）and LTL（Less Truck Load）business.
• Coordinate domestic transportation, monitor the transit time of goods in the committed LT and account check monthly.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Develop and optimize logistics network, transportation system, delivery routes, risk management and mitigation plan.
• Coordinate & maintain material master data in SAP which is related to logistics.
• Communicate with insurance company for claim issue as domestic transportation damage.
• Other tasks from Logistics team leader.

To succeed, you will need

Education

• Bachelor education or above.

Experience

• The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years as logistics planner or similar job.
• Work in a manufacturing experience.
• Have good experience on domestic transportation.
• Supply chain work experience is a plus, apart from logistics experience.

Knowledge

• Logistics, warehouse and planner knowledge.

Skill

• Microsoft PC skill (Be good at Power Point and Excel is must).
• Good knowledge of SAP system is a plus.

Language:

• Good English both in read and written.
