Your Role

Mission:

This is a great opportunity if you want to work in an entrepreneurial environment and like challenging mission. We are looking for an Inside Sales who can contribute to the ambitious growth of our Scheugenpflug business in China.

Your mission is to assist the sales engineer or key account Manager to develop and grow our Scheugenpflug business and improve the brand competitive position in the responsible market by implementing sales and marketing strategies.

You will have fantastic opportunities to learn, to share & to work together with our international sales networks.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with Process, Proposal, Project Management, Production, Quantity, Technical department, Proposal team for supports in order to meet the requirements from Sales and customers
• Maintain the related information of the customers in vision, make sure the accuracy of the data
• Learn the dispensing knowledge and standard machine, familiar with the dispensing-process/dispensing-solution etc
• Coordinate the proposal and provide the quotation or solution for customer,
• Kicking off project meeting after got the order from customer
• Follow up the project status and payment situation of customers and report details every week

To succeed, you will need

Education Education

• University degree in Engineering or Business Administration

Experience Experience

• Proven track record in sales/marketing
• Experience in Industrial fields like automation, automotive or T1/T2 suppliers.

Knowledge Knowledge

• PC skill is a must, (good office skill is priority)

Skill:

• Good Interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Problem Solving skills

Language

• Good command on English language, both written and spoken
• Chinese is a must
