Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop GTM strategy for MBD China
- Lead the MBD China Sales team to identify and capture the new business opportunities
- Engage the team to implemented sales model transformation and strongly improve end customer intimacy
- Collaborate with other functions to build channel management framework, sales performance metrics, and etc to enhance sales excellence
- Develop effective team structure and build talent pipeline for business sustainable growth
- Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience
- Experience in microbiology is required
- Experience in a matrixed organizational structure is admired
- Demonstrated team leadership ability working effectively across functions
- Strong communications skills and manage complexity
- Self motivated and result driven
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw actionable conclusions
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% of time
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA will be a plus
- Fluent English is a plus
