General Summary:
职位目标：
1. 确保设备正常运行，控制非计划停机时间在目标范围内。
2. 控制设备备件及材料的损耗，积极参与或开展降本增效的项目。
3. 配合生产部门，确保所负责工序设备保质保量完成生产任务。

工作内容：
1. 设备日常点检及故障检修，确保设备运行正常。
2. 按计划执行设备预防性维护及定期校验。
3. 确保设备维护相关的各项记录、表单及设备停机时间的准确与完整。
4. 负责设备已损备品备件更换与维修，控制设备备品备件的损耗。
5. 生产设备的安装调整，换型，编程等工作。
6. 协助工程师对异常产品进行初步确认并给出处理建议。
7. 有效地执行相应的环保，安全生产职责。
8. 协助工程师完成重大设备故障检修，产线异常处理，及新进技术员的培训工作。
以下职责适用于技术员领班：
1. 负责班组技术员的纪律及考勤管理，协调与相关部门之间的相互合作。
2. 及时、准确完成 Daily Shift Report。
3. 有效提高团队成员工作的积极主动性以及团队之间相互合作精神。

任职资格:
1.熟悉气动元件及回路控制，能看懂机械部件图纸或电气原理图。有一定的英语读写和电脑操作基础。
2. 有两年以上设备维护或工艺相关工作经验。
3.机械或电子专业，中技或同等及以上学历。
4. 具有团队合作精神。

工作场所：
洁净车间, 无职业病危害。
