The Position

• Responsible for the maintenance planning management, tracked the implementation and completion of work orders and Maximo data, also responsible for cost management, spare parts management and document management, etc.

Your Responsibilities

• Abide by the EHS, GMP, quality and other policies of the factory, and have good safety working concept.
• Responsible for arranging and organizing maintenance plan meeting
• Coordinate and communicate with production and maintenance departments, collect and sort out information about preventive, predictive, daily maintenance, downtime, and some related projects, develop maintenance plans, and ensure the implementation.
• Handle the application for maintenance work, including confirmation of work scope and priority, etc.
• Collect and confirm information of field work, including estimated required working hours, materials, equipment, etc.
• Before the implementation of working plan, confirm with the maintenance supervisor and foreman whether the manpower and time are reasonable, and whether the personnel skills, training and certification plan can support the completion of the maintenance work.
• Tracked the implementation and completion of work orders, and coordinated the smooth progress of work. Re-evaluate if there is room for continuous improvement.
• Determine the fault code and shutdown type of the work orders, and confirmed by the maintenance supervisor and the shift leader.
• Establish and optimize PM maintenance process with production and maintenance.
• Communicate or report the status of maintenance work with maintenance shift leader, supervisor and manager every day.
• Focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction, and assist in establishing improvement plans.
• CMMS (Maximo) system master data maintenance, such as data structure, location, equipment, work plan, failure code, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining and providing data and records required by KPI reports.
• Spare parts management. Specifically refers to the management of equipment in the warehouse spare parts list, non-inventory spare parts procurement and order tracking warehousing.
• Cost management. Specifically refers to the allocation of appropriate accounting account Numbers for expenses and material consumption.
• Document management. Include management of equipment drawings and materials, maintenance records, test reports, critical spare parts lists, training plans and records, safety documents, etc.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Your Profile

• College/diploma degree or above major in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or related field
• At least 3 years maintenance and management experience in chemical and food industry
• Rich experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic, DCS, pump, power station, motor and other equipment
• Knowledge of predictive, preventive and reliability maintenance
• Proficient in computer and office software, familiar with CMMS system. MAXIMO systems are best used
• Good management, communication and coordination skills. Good team player
• Good time management skills
• Good decision-making and problem analysis skills, good organizational skills, able to take on multiple tasks at the same time.
