• Be responsible for addressing NCR of tool in M&C team use. 负责M&C工具的NCR处理。
• Organizing equipment risk assessment, communicate the result to the global M&C team. 定期组织设备风险评估，并将评估结果沟通到总部。
• Be responsible for introduction of new project and new equipment.负责新项目/新设备的引入。

• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner. 按要求按时完成所有必须的相关文档。
• Creating and upgrading tool record 工具记录的创建， 升级。
• Creating and upgrading procurement specification.采购规范的创建和升级。
• Maintenance of QMS documents. QMS 文件的维护。
• Training relevant stuff before document release.在文档发布前给相关人员提供培训。

• Immediately reporting all incidents, accidents, hazards or unsafe work conditions to management. 及时汇报工作中安全隐患，不安全的行为，以及安全事故和伤害。

• Participation in incident investigations as required. 积极配合安全事故调查。
• Understanding of the company’s emergency evacuation procedures. 理解并执行公司紧急疏散程序。

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 执行持续改进项目。
• Provide expertise and advice on technical issues both within and beyond the M&C team. 提供相应的经验和建议以帮助处理技术难题。
• Back up with other team members of M&C and proactively tackle ad-hoc delegated tasks to fulfil the overall team goals and tasks.
