About the Business
China's Indirect Taxes, including Value-added Tax ("VAT"), Consumption Tax ("CT") and Customs Duty ("CD"), are taxes on transaction basis. Indirect tax revenue constitutes more than half of the nation's overall tax revenue. The tax authorities, as well as Customs have stepped up measures to ensure proper administration and collection of Indirect Taxes.
The core of our service philosophy is to assist clients in the Indirect Tax compliance review to ensure meeting legal and regulatory requirements, and offer ideas in Indirect Tax cost saving and (cross-border) operating models optimization that align with the clients' overall business objectives.
Work you'll do
- 领导团队为企业客户提供增值税等各项专业税务咨询服务，以客户需求为导向，建议税务咨询方案。
- 关注国家税收政策和法规变动，研究法规热点难点，对客户提出的疑难税务问题进行快速响应，建议专业的应对解决方案。
- 协助合伙人及带领团队开拓业务机遇，进行项目机遇开发，包括客户走访、业务拓展资料准备、客户关系维护等。
- 负责项目进度管理和项目团队管理，制定项目计划和实施方案，确保按时、高质量向客户交付工作成果。
- 对团队成员进行培训和指导，提升团队整体业务水平。

We are looking for someone with
- 本科及以上学历，税务、财务、会计、法律等相关专业优先。
- 具有5年以上相关工作经验，具有会计师事务所、税务师事务所、律师事务所或税务机关工作经验者优先。
- 对中国税收法律法规和征管实践具有扎实基础，对企业重大资产交易、并购重组、跨境税务等领域相关税务法规及涉税重点有深入理解和实践经验者优先。
- 具有注册会计师、税务师或律师资格证书。
- 具备优秀的英语听说读写能力、报告写作能力和沟通表达能力。
- 具有优秀的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，能够带领团队高效完成工作任务。
- 优秀的快速学习能力、责任心和抗压能力，能够紧跟不断变化的税收环境、适应快节奏项目时间要求和较频繁的出差需要。
