Work you'll do

• GDC operation management work
  The GDC manager will work on the GDC hiring, talent development, and team maintenance work, contributing to the team maintenance.
  Support on the GDC daily operation work, improve on the team stability.
  Innovation of GDC's operation work
  The daily work could imbedded with AI& automatic tools to improve the efficiency, the candidate could led on the innovation work
  Support pursuit in Chongqing, as well as serve and support as Delivery center manager in bidding.
  As service needed, the GDC manager could support as the role of GDC manager to support the pitch or even cover areas and operation service request in certain areas.

We are looking for someone with

• Bachelor or above degree holder in Computer Science, Information Management, Risk Management, Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum three years of related experience; preferably worked as consultant role in famous consulting firm
• Experience in risk control and business process re-engineering
• In-depth understanding of different services/products offered by the industry, including any value added Service
• Familiar with Healthcare and Life Science industry, experienced in medical institution process, operation , finance, human resources management and system management
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel
• Advances the ability to apply domain knowledge into building business solutions and collaborate with team towards implementation of solutions
• Gathers relevant data through organizing, scheduling design sessions and processes information to develop business solutions
