1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing LEX express networks to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
2. Develop and maintain strategic network plans that align with business objectives, ensuring the end-to-end network design supports service level agreements (SLAs) and minimizes operational costs.
3. Engage in tactical network planning, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, and route optimization, to enhance responsiveness to market fluctuations and customer demands.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional, regional and venture teams (e.g., Operations, finance) to incorporate diverse perspectives into network strategies and ensure alignment across departments.
5. Monitor network performance using KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and propose adjustments to maintain or improve service levels and cost efficiency.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in logistics, network planning, preferably within an express logistics or similar high-volume environment.
3. Proficient in using logistics planning software and tools, preferably in a logistics express business
4. Proven project management abilities, including PMP certification or equivalent experience.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
