OEM Senior Quality Engineer

The position will be based in Shanghai, China, is responsible for the development of the quality aspects of a NP /PCR project as well as for the quality performance of the products sourced by selected OEM suppliers
Responsibilities
1) Manage NP/PCR project quality
- Audit quality management system of OEM suppliers, and when necessary, develop corrective actions and guide OEM suppliers to improve their quality management system.
- Collaborate in problem solving during project development with global project and technical team.
- Authorize supplier’s mass production by inspecting products, and collecting, analyzing & reviewing products and quality reports before authorization.

- Execute pre-shipment inspections and approve shipment release for the regular mass production after production authorization.

- Promote a team environment to achieve targets with effective communication techniques which encourage open and honest communications.
- Identify and assess improvement opportunities and support or lead consistent improvement programs for quality excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Very fluent in English
- Very Solid experience in ISO9000
- Experience in manufacturing, or on-site quality control.
- FMEA knowledge
- PMP certificate
