AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

[AWS China Introduction] Amazon Web Services came to China in 2013, and has been relentlessly investing and expanding our infrastructure and business since then. Amazon Web Services launched its China (Beijing) Region (operated by Sinnet) in September 2016 and its China (Ningxia) Region (operated by NWCD) in December 2017. As a Partner Development Manager for Ecosystem Partners within AWS, you will manage the relationship with partners and have the exciting opportunity to recruit, enable, develop and co-sale with our partners to help their business growth and transformation, co-innovate and deliver joint business value , evangelize our strategy and technology, build mind share and grow the market adoption of the AWS cloud computing service in China market, which includes Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon Simple DB, and Amazon RDS, and many more cloud services.

The ideal candidate will possess both a business background and rich China sales experience in public sector that enables them easily interact and engage partner and customers in this market area at execution and operation level. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability on think and present strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. The position also requires a strong ownership and customer obsessions with working experience and knowledge of partner sales, solution sales and, cloud service landscape.
