The Opportunity
As a P&C Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in supporting leaders across Pharma Finance, Dia Finance, One Procurement, and IT in China. Your focus will be on aligning People & Culture (P&C) strategies with long-term business goals, ensuring talent development, leadership transformation, and organizational effectiveness are embedded within these key areas.
This role involves partnering with Business Partners and leadership teams to inspire change initiatives, shape P&C strategies, and advance leadership growth. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion, supporting a diverse workforce to meet future challenges with agility.

• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with finance and IT leaders to align P&C strategies with business goals, advising on talent management, organizational design, and workforce strategies.
  
• Leadership Development: Act as a trusted advisor and coach for fostering VACC leadership and driving organizational transformation in finance and IT areas.
  
• Change Initiatives: Lead change initiatives focusing on leadership development, employee engagement, and team effectiveness, ensuring alignment across the organization.
  
• P&C Insights: Leverage data and business insights to diagnose issues, shape innovative P&C solutions, and drive business results.
  
• Business Acumen: Align P&C strategies with business needs and optimize human capital in finance and IT, recommending strategies that drive ROI.
