Your Role
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations in a manufacturing enterprise, with proven work record, team building and management experience at an international company is essential.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operation domain as department manager or higher position.
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a large team, at least two cross functions.
Educational requirements
University degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Project Management or equivalent experience.
Language
The incumbent needs, beside a native Chinese, very good English skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge
Good basic economic and legal knowledge.
Good understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications.
Good command of necessary work-related computer software.
Good negotiation and analytical skills, commercially astute and knowledgeable in business issues related to terms and conditions.
Experience of operating a continuously changing and evolving environment.
Experience of supporting/delivering culture change projects
Dynamic with strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to deal with conflict – communication, negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills
Ability to work independently, whilst also being able to judge when additional support is required.
Ability to set own priorities, manage multiple tasks and reschedule work in a changing environment.
Ability to set goals and consistently deliver timely and accurate results and service
Ability to communicate with empathy emotionally intelligent.
Team player with experience of management and supervision of direct reports as well ability to build support from non-direct reports to successfully achieve goals.

Your Role
- This role is to support the GM by coordinating the activities of the Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, SHEQ departments by working closely together with the first line managers of these departments.
- Take responsibility for the factory output in line with expectations for volume, quality, delivery time and cost.
- Put safety always as the top priority in all operations, including supplier and logistics operations.
- Reduce the environmental impact in all operations, including supplier and logistics operations with focus on energy efficiency to reach or go beyond the Atlas Copco Science Based Targets and towards a circular economy.
- Translate the strategy and tactics of the VIN division for Product Companies into clear action plans and follow up the implementation.
- Develop a team of cohesive, competent, committed, result oriented employees,
- Work with all other departments towards reaching ambitious goals for CBJ.
- Benchmark among Group Product Companies to find potential benefits and to improve continuously through information exchange and interaction.
- Work following the "The Way We do Things" and internal processes.
- Lead by example and contribute to build a culture that captures the core values and beliefs of the Atlas Copco Group.
- Keeping to always complying strictly with and implement the Atlas Copco "Code of Conduct".
