• 协助生产高级工艺员及值班长进行现有挤出工艺产品生产工艺汇总，归纳，优化

Assist the senior production technician and duty supervisor to summarize, summarize and optimize the production process of the existing extrusion process products

• 对新引进的新产品进行测试协助、工艺参数收集，持续优化生产工艺单

Provide testing assistance for newly introduced new products, collect process parameters, and continuously optimize the production process list

• 维护日常数据, 记录所有原材料的使用情况和生产过程, 维护生产相关的统计数据

Maintain daily data, record the use of all raw materials and production process, maintain production-related statistics

• 月度生产报表及数据原因分析

Monthly production report and data reason analysis

• KPI、OPN\AU数据的统计过程分析

Statistical process analysis of KPI and OPN\AU data

• 生产物料平衡的核查分析统计工作、新批报的收发放工作

Verification, analysis and statistics of production material balance, receipt and issuance of new batch reports

• 对原材料的使用及配仓的工作进行工艺优化并评估

Process optimization and evaluation of raw material use and warehouse allocation

• 负责发起和跟踪生产部的持续改进和变更管理

In Charge of initiating and tracking the continuous improvement and change management at production department

Requirements
本科及以上学历，化学工程、高分子等相关化学专业。
有混炼生产或混炼工艺方面的经验，熟悉高分子材料，熟悉PA，PBT材料。
熟练使用电脑，熟练Excel表格，熟练计算公式，以及PPT报告制作。
良好的英语读写能力。
至少有5年及以上的化工生产工艺工作经验。
