We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing coordinator for North-East Asia team, who is extremely INSTRUMENTAL to deliver our ambitious strategy plan. You will report to Regional General Manager. The location could be either in Wuxi or Shanghai.

In general, your mission is to lead and develop our Marketing strategy & initiatives through digital, direct and indirect sales channels with a primary focus on value creation, create a system that sells without doing selling, maximize Sales Performance and support the Entire Customer Journey in the North-East Asia region.
  • Target and establish the correct market approach for each country, including new business models, especially for China and Korea where the traditional rental paradigm does not exist.
  • Recommend and develop the strategic marketing focus points for each country, increasing the diversity of the active customer base within chosen segments.
  • Have a passion for Digitalization and innovation and should be completely adept with the lates trends in Marketing.
  • Construct a complete and capable regional marketing team to both continue driving business results and implement the marketing strategy.
  • Innovatively reinforce our marketing campaigns / appropriate marketing initiatives that will drive sustainable organic business growth and increasing market share.
  • Support the competence development (Center of Excellence) academy from an ASR product / segment / value selling training perspective.
You will be responsibile to
  • Design, develop and execute the marketing roadmap for the NEA region and the corresponding budget preparation.
  • Coordinate the NEA local marketing initiatives and platforms, foster the best practice sharing across the region
  • Conduct market research to understand customer personas, buying behavior, decision maker matrix to drive tailor made campaigns to exponentially improve our lead generation process.
  • Conceptualize, execute, manage, and analyze paid search campaigns with the target to attract new prospects, collect leads and generate opportunity for our sales team.
  • Create, expand, and optimize creatives and promotional text for paid keyword discovery/new business model and search advertising marketing campaigns.
  • Master the Market intelligence channels / database (Salesforce , Pardot , AEM & RWS , Sharepoint , Qlikview, Showpad, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Develop and execute plans for digital PR, advertising, webinars, events and marketing automation
  • Develop and execute the ASR product / segment / value selling competence development training modules in collaboration with HR, other divisions and business areas (i.e. CTS academy)
  • Brand awareness through various digital channels: First in mind, first in choice
  • Regional point of contact to the Divisional marketing team
  • Leadership, coaching and team building in regional marketing team


To succeed, you will need

Expected activities
  • Support the Divisional marketing initiatives including marketing council participation, BRM preparation (Regional marketing related topics), global marketing initiative launch, etc..
  • Regional coordinator of the local marketing related platforms & Initiatives (CRM, I-Rent, Showpad, Qlikview, JIRA, NPS,..)
  • Initiate global website content and localizes global contents based on local needs where applicable.
  • Regular content creation and copywriting to drive social media, website (SEO, SNS, Contents, LP, etc.) and campaigns engagement, customer webinars and operative implementation of newsletter and e-mail campaigns along our customer journey with the target to reactivate customers, foster customer relationships online and generate sales.
  • For the creation and designing of internal magazine, newsflashes, press releases, support to events and launches and social media content (Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Linked In and You Tube, etc.).
  • Leads nurturing, provide marketing and sales qualified leads to sales team.
  • Monitor with appropriate dashboards the lead generation and qualification process to improve the sales efficiency and customer base expansion
  • Create reports, analyze performance, and draw conclusions to optimize digital campaigns based on the results.
  • With continuous setting of target in monitoring, and optimization of all marketing activities as well as creation of reports to monitor & share our marketing success.
  • Collection and implementation of the best practices from other regions, especially on new business opportunities (new business models, new applications, new segments..)
  • Empower your team to work together and collaborate well within/across the organization
