Description:

Responsible for marketing and sales of Flat Panel Detectors in China.
Position within organisation:

Report to STET Sales Manager.
-
Work closely with STET sales team and STET other functions for better performance & customer satisfaction.
-
Keep close contact and work with sales team and other related functions in France and/or China Region .
Context (challenges, specific issues, ) :
-
STET see great opportunities and challenges as well in China FPD market so to strengthen our business development team, we are now looking for a segment sales manager who with rich experience and knowledge in segments such as NDT, dental, surgical and/or other high end application areas.

Achieve planned targets of sales volume, revenue, and market development, keep increasing year by year.
Missions and responsibilities :
-
Reach the annual sales budget, sign annual sales contracts and collection of payment from customers for delivered goods.
-
Find new markets and new customers in assigned areas or segments, keep increasing the market share.
-
Maintain existing customers, maintain good cooperative relation with customers, and ensure the regular face-to-face communication meetings with customers, submit corresponding visit reports to sales manager.

Assist CTS in aftersales service work to improve customer satisfaction.
-
Timely grab the market information and the status of competitors, and discuss with leaders to take necessary measures.
Profile ( Please detail experience and competences and rate between 1 to 3 ( basic : 1, master : 2, expertise):
Required Education/Certificate:
-
Bachelor degree or above
-
Physics, electronics and other related majors
Working Experience:
-
Familiar with Flat Panel Detector‘s performance, functions and features.
-
More than 5 years’ experience in medical imaging or NDT market.
Technical Skills:
-
More than 5 years in Flat Panel Detector marketing and sales experience, having market development ability.
Personnel Skills:
-
Excellent social and interpersonal communication skills.
-
Having qualified team cooperating ability, strong sense of responsibility.
-
Can travel frequently.

Excellent English oral and written communication ability
