POSITION OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Observing and learning from experienced staff to acquire knowledge of hotel management and operations
• Supporting the Sales in daily routine administrative paperwork and coordination.
• 
  Coordinates and maintain good rapport with all departments concerned.
• Assisting in the daily operations of Sales Department
• Communicating effectively with guests, staff, and supervisors
• Participating in training and development opportunities as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Hospitality, Business or Tourism
• Speak fluent in Mandarin and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Passionate about customer service and the hospitality industry
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Can take internship for four consecutive months or more
• Only Accept Interns from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan due to visa restriction
