To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for a Senior leader of Digital Experience & Merchandising - Greater China, to help us do extraordinary things. Apple’s Commercial Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Greater China Demand Generation team within Apple Retail. The Demand Generation role will drive strategy and execution for paid search, affiliates, partners, and customer lifecycle communications for Greater China. All to drive significant growth for Apple’s Retail channel. As a senior leader we are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in leading a team of seasoned digital marketers, developing and managing innovative campaigns that drive customer acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and brand equity in the digital space. This leader will have direct responsibility for GC and work cross functionally with counterparts in WW, EMEA and RPAC.

As Marketing Leaders, we rely on deep experience to implement campaigns from strategy and concept to production and delivery. We turn new ideas into an actionable plans that scales globally. - Use consumer insights, critical thinking skills, business objectives and creativity to ensure all work engages customers while delivering on business goals - Build a Demand Generation team for GC across all key DG functions - Design demand generation strategy for GC and execute campaigns for region - Deliver significant exposure and conversion for Apple Retail

• 15+ years marketing experience, client or agency side with proven experience in leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing/commerce initiatives with significant budgets as well as experience in managing a seasoned team of marketers
• Extensive knowledge (10+ years) of the paid search, affiliate, commerce and social platforms with demonstrated success driving quality and efficient revenue at a large scale
Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for western brands in China
• Retail and product launch experience
• Experience in establishing clear goals and success metrics
• Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; strong at building and delivering compelling presentations
• Able to identify business challenges, use insights, discuss and debate ideas, and develop an informed point of view
