• Perform FAM Assessment/Audit for supplier ordering process including document & field checking, define and align findings and follow up action with requestor
• Challenge the necessity (what to do) and method (how to do) of maintenance tasks to improve the maintenance effectiveness
• Prepare audit report and communicate to site management team
• Identify gaps in different process/workflow (e.g.: contractor management process, procurement ordering process), supply improvement suggestions
• Organize lessons learned to Suppliers, Contractor Management Coordinators, Engineers, Buyers, Productions, etc.
• Continuously improve the FAM Assessment/Audit procedure to improve efficiency and effectiveness of FAM Assessment/Audit process, e.g.: scope, selection rule, frequency, etc.
• Quality control for individual team member’s audit performance

• Identify compliance and commercial risk, reduce/avoid potential company loss
• Protect individual by identify gaps of adherence to policy, frame agreement, etc.

• Bachelor or above degree; Preference will be given to candidates with technical degrees in chemical or mechanical engineering related fields
• Good English writing and speaking
• Certified cost engineer (造价师）

• >10 years fundamental experience with construction or maintenance supervision, cost estimation or control at multinational gas/oil/chemical/petrochemical company or project;
• Multiple understanding of several disciplines and good knowledge of Chinese quota book
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and company regulations

• Good computer skills such as word, excel, access database
• SAP simple operation is better
• Certified cost engineer
• Good English language skills oral & written
• Must be self motivated and capable of identifying and solving problems as well as follow procedures.
