Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Master’s or Ph D in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in CANoe, CANalyzer, and Lauterbach Trace32.
• Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in CAPL, Perl, Jenkins and Python for test automation.
• Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Hands-on experience with UDS Serial Data Communication (CAN/Eth/LIN) Diagnostics and CAN tools.
• Understanding of BSW Modules and embedded low-level systems testing.
• Familiarity with JIRA, JAMA, or similar project management tools.
• 3+ years of experience in Embedded Platform Infrastructure feature validation.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• ISTQB or other software testing certifications.
• Understanding of SOC basic software architecture.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards and functional safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe framework.
• 5+ years of firmware/software development experience.
