What this job involves

This role supports the Supply Chain Management function for a client account in China.
This role reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Strategic Sourcing (Client) and requires a multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), to support multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing programs.
Responsibility also extends to support procurement governance, vendor management and deliver contract / procurement strategies to achieve long term client benefits.
This role requires experience in procurement and or Facility Management to support the portfolio of facilities in China and may extend to surround countries. This includes engagement with local IFM teams to support and execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFP programs.

What this job involves:
Business partner to Senior leaders
Provide support to strategic sourcing direction across functional areas and programs that involve strategic outsourcing and vendor management across multiple IFM disciplines.
To provide support to vendor management in the form of quarterly business reviews.
Assist in the process of developing vendor management strategy and strategic sourcing activity.
Functional Leadership
Support the RFP, pricing, and negotiation process for the client on behalf of JLL,
Provide account support in managing the Jones Lang La Salle ERP Procurement Module. This includes system training, vendor performance management, and providing regular reporting to client account teams.
Assist in developing and communicating the IFM and strategic sourcing vision to the client, JLL, vendors and Strategic Alliance Partners.
Supports the strategies for negotiation of major programs, projects and/or vendor activities.
Support on planning and implementation of project initiatives. Ensure projects follow the standard project management methodologies and processes.
Support on procurement related: prepare for bidding materials, check vendor’s due diligence, set up vendor pool.
To identify and enable resolution of specific issues relating to implementation of initiatives.
Develop program proposals and department reports.
Support on group and division’s control and planning.
Support on governance of general affairs related issues, update policy, procedure & manual and support internal audit.
Support on group and division’s expense review and OB making.
Organize internal workshops within division and external workshops for BU.
Support on coordination and communication within group and division.
Vendor Management –Travel Agency etc.
Responsible for FMP (Facility Management Programming) Announcement

Sound like you? To apply you will have:
Business / Commerce Degree with at least 1-3 years’ experience in procurement, strategic
sourcing and negotiation.
Relevant work experience in IFM with knowledge of procurement for services related to facility management will be highly regarded.
Practical knowledge of facilities management, maintenance operations and engineering and risk management and capable of changing them to meet new and evolving needs will be highly regarded.
Management of outsourcing relationships and the ability to accomplish results through vendor management .
Execution of vendor contracts between the company and the vendor, drawing upon good contract management skills, negotiation and problem solving.

Business / Commerce Degree with at least 1-3 years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing and negotiation.

Management of outsourcing relationships and the ability to accomplish results through vendor management.

Strong working experience and solid system knowledge
Good understanding of FM regulations
Self-starter and result oriented.
Collaborative and team player
Excellent communication, consultative and interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
Excellent English skill in both written and spoken. Japanese skill is preferred.
Strong Power Point and Excel skills for preparing presentation materials.
Good graphic design skill and writing skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
High engagement and commitment to work
