About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes
工作职责：
1、组织实施完成公司营销员渠道的各项业务活动
组织并实施业务旅游竞赛（年度高峰竞赛、推动旅游竞赛） 落实各类营销员渠道推动竞赛（包括但不限于五星会、MDRT等），及时发放推动竞赛奖品并做好签收； 落实并推动各项E化工具使用；
2、合理管理控制各类活动竞赛预算
1）负责各项业务活动的预算审批及公司流程运作。
2）确保各类业务活动举办控制在预算内并完成后续报销计税工作。
3、根据CHO及省级分公司指引，完成各项工作
1）及时完成CHO及省级分公司奖品发放
2）配合完成CHO及省级分公司旅游竞赛及会务活动
4、宣导平台的推广及配合
中国区宣导内容的及时转发及推广 分公司亮点素材（包括活动及优秀业务经验）的收集、整理及提供 宣导平台意见收集、及时反馈
5、销售资料管理
销售资料新品复核、每月计划及追加申请
6、合规方面
1）清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求
2）及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险
7、主管安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、大学或以上学历，市场营销、广告专业优先；
2、5年及以上相关经验（广告与活动组织经验优先）；
3、创新思维、活动组织、现场掌握能力；
4、解决问题能力及决断能力；
5、变革领导力，目标设定能力及优化资源能力；
6、良好的沟通及表达能力；
7、优秀的员工辅导能力，人才发展能力；
8、熟练运用电脑。
