Job Purpose- To assist IBG large corporatein writing high quality credit submissions in selected industries by conducting effective credit analysis and evaluation, so as to improve the turnaround time in credit proposals.- To work as a team with IBG RMs as well as the Credit approvers to improve the already high quality of the bank’s credit portfolio. Key Accountabilities- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of corporate clients to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks by working closely with the RMs.- Build and maintain financial models to analyze various credit scenarios, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis to support decision making processes.- Conduct portfolio review and prepare industry paper.- Work closely with RMs to prepare pitchbook on different kinds of financing solutions and capital structure analysis. Job Duties & Responsibilities- To write thorough analysis of financial statements, cash flow statements, and other financial data. Evaluate key financial ratios.- To provide input to facilitate proper deal structuring.- Collaborate closely with RMs to understand client needs, provide credit insights, and support the development of client relationships.- Engage in various special projects aimed at enhancing credit risk management and supporting strategic initiatives within the bank.

Experience- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statements, cash clow analysis, financial ratios and accounting principles are essential. Experience in conducting financial modelling is also preferred.- Ability to structure deals to meet the needs of customers.- Good understanding of the market and economic dynamics that affect the China market.- Must be a good communicator.- Must be a team player. Education / Preferred Qualifications- Front line business experience in lending or related activities.- Credit analysis and evaluation experience in pure credit functions or as part of the RM team, in which complex credits and/or structuring are involved.- 1-3 years’ experience of corporate banking experience, preferably in China.- University graduate.
