Role Purpose Statement :


To help DCVC sales team for consolidating sales numbers and improving report value related to all China Crush facilities; To master market situation and build up reliable customer pool;


Main Accountabilities :

• Responsible for accurate reporting of daily sale forecast, cash sale tracking and other routines
• Work closely with all crush plants to collect/ recap China meal & oil market price/ customer movement
• Analysis of sales data and regularly participate in market discussion, able to make proposals to cash position play/sale strategy
• To coordinate with various internal functions, as a key role to ensure smooth operations/actions, connecting between Shanghai office and each plant
• To maintain hull price nationwide and calculation of meal protein spread
• To assist in keeping relationship with customers and developing new customers in a business manner
• To support team on any required market summary/ review slides/ new projects
• To work together with local team closely to monitor all contract execution, can disclose and help handle with potential execution risks in advance

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or better and no restrictions in majors;
• Minimum of 1-3 year working experiences in Agriculture Commodities Company;
• Comfortable and enjoyable with numbers, problem-solving and intellectual challenge, attention to details;
• Flexible nature, honesty, able to adapt quickly to changing environment;
• Good team player; confident to voice opinion and open to being challenged;
• Good communicator; able to articulate complex situations in a concise and clear manner;
