Being rooted from Hong Kong for over 9 decades, Hang Seng's Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) grows with our community and partners across mainland China and Hong Kong, providing world-class solutions to our retail customers in everyday banking, lending and wealth through seamless platforms and services.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Zone Manager .
Principal responsibilities
Principal responsibilities

To closely monitor market development and competitors’ marketing initiatives, interact with internal departments of HACN WPB to develop our own tactics in counteracting their moves, reinforcing our corporate images and growing our market share within the Zone.

To utilize the innovative mindset to smoothly implement sales targets to tackle the challenges as well as the attainment of maximum business returns.

To aggressively tap into our targeted segments on the Mainland, it is expected to have WPB outlets and off-site ATM in mainland China under expansion plan.

To work closely with newly established local sales teams to formulate marketing strategies, drive the sales force to achieve the pre-assigned sales targets, and supervise the execution of localized sales and marketing activities.

Ensure the compliance of all statutory rules, regulations, codes and guidelines.
Requirements
-
University Degree in related disciplines or relevant professional qualifications;
-
At least 8 years’ experience in banking and finance industry with some experience in China Banking is an asset;
-
At least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing of retail banking / investment, leading and managing a sales team to develop good leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
-
Willing to travel frequently.
