Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and effective communication about campaign performance and goals.
- Manage and interpret custom reporting dashboards, focusing on acquisition costs, inquiry trends, and other key performance metrics.
- Deliver insights and recommendations based on Google Ads and analytics data to help clients optimize their marketing spend.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and strategies align with their objectives.
- Monitor client KPIs and industry trends to provide timely, relevant updates that support decision-making.
- Engage clients in strategic discussions, simplifying data and presenting actionable insights.
- **C1 level English proficiency,** both written and spoken, to facilitate high-level client interactions.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within digital marketing or business development.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance metrics related to cost-per-acquisition and lead inquiries.
- Ability to interpret digital marketing reports and communicate insights effectively to clients.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable discussing business concepts with clients, with the ability to tailor communication to varying levels of digital understanding.
