Role Specifics

In this role you'll be mainly responsible of coordinating the compliance and maintenance processes, and will be positively challenged with some interesting additional tasks concerning this administrative role:

• Core function of the role is to be responsible for the compliance and maintenance processes
• Manage compliance processes:
• Review and Correct Driver Logs (Daily)
• Keep Hours of Service compliant, no errors or faults (Daily)
• File and dispute Inspections
• Driver Memos (Warning Letters)
• Government agencies communications
• DOT Investigations
• FMCSA Communication
• Compliance Audit
• All compliance processes
• Truck Lease Case Management
• Filing cases with the Truck Lease Company
• Following and managing the relationship with the lease vendor
• All truck lease case management processes
• Manage maintenance processes:
• Constant communication with the fleet managers
• Data Entry all maintenance information for trucks and trailers
• Special Projects
• Company processes standardization and documentation
