Job description:

• Quickbooks management
• Support payroll process
• Follow-up of payments
• Review and support in accounting processes and procedures,
• Interaction with vendors
• Initiate payment and credit memo transactions

Requirements:

• Certified knowledge in the administrative and/or accounting area or related field.
• Work experience of 1+ years, with experience in administrative support.
• Use of tools like Quick Books
• Excellent interpersonal relations
• Attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Self-managing work style

Salary:
$4.000.000 - 5.500.000 / month COP as a starting Salary
Type of contract: Indefinido
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 - 6 Eastern Time
Modality: Hybrid Position
