Bilingual Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant / Medellin

Position: Bilingual Accounting Assistant
Location: Branch in Colombia (Hybrid position)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: $4,000,000 - $5,500,000 COP per month
Responsibilities:

Manage Quick Books
Support payroll and payment follow-up
Review and assist with accounting processes
Interact with vendors
Handle payment and credit memo transactions

Requirements:

Certified knowledge in administration or accounting
1+ years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in Quick Books
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and sense of urgency
