Resumen de funciones:

Realizar la facturación de todas las líneas de negocio de la compañía, reportes e informes de cierre mensuales y periódicos de facturación. Aseguramiento de la información financiera de acuerdo con el cumplimiento normativo y corporativo.

En un día normal tendrás que:

Garantizar la facturación acorde a las solicitudes y requerimientos de los clientes.
Reportes e informes de cierre mensuales o periódicos
Atender tratamiento de tickets de facturación, brindando una solución a las necesidades con el fin de cumplir con los estándares de calidad operacional.
Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos a cargo
Controlar el proceso de cierre de mes, con el fin de entregar a tiempo los procesos a cargo.
Mantener manuales y documentación del proceso a cargo actualizados.
Diseñar e implementar mejoras en los procesos, para simplicar tareas y aumentar la calidad de las tareas realizadas.

Educación: Profesional o estudiante, en contaduría Pública / Administración de Empresas / Carreras afines
Experiencia: 2 años de experiencia en el área de facturación con importante volumen de transacciones.
Conocimientos técnicos: Excel intermedio, Plataformas de facturación electrónica.
Altamente deseable: Sólidos conocimientos en procesos de facturación, pensamiento analítico, elaboración de informes, agilidad y capacidad de gestionar eficazmente las solicitudes recibidas y cumplir con los plazos de forma constante.
