Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to guide business decision-making.
• Develop detailed business reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, quality auditing.
• An understanding of Active Directory and Exchange is Mandatory
• Experience working in Service Now ITSM.
• Strong communication skills in English is a must!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data visualisation tools is a plus.
• Must be based in Colombia.
