Description and Requirements

El practicante deberá:

Brindar soporte en los procesos administrativos generados por el programa de canales.
Responder consultas, dudas o reclamos de los canales/distribuidores.
Será responsable por la casilla de Claims para nuestros Canales de Distribución y del proceso de Emisión de Vouchers, que contemplan entre otras las siguientes funciones:

Soporte a los procesos administrativos generados por el programa a canales.
Responder consultas, dudas o reclamos de los canales/distribuidores
Ejecutar el proceso de validación y gestión para el pago de cheques virtuales.
Apoyar a revendedores/distribuidores en el proceso de uso de cheques virtuales.
Emisión de reportes a canales y Distribuidores.
