As Continuous Improvement Specialist within our Process Excellence & Innovation team, you’ll provide support in standardizing and transforming our end-to-end process.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide Continuous Improvement (CI) support to Business Operations department.
- Contribute to the CI framework.
- Support tools utilization for various CI initiatives or programmes.
- Contribute to some CI initiatives under the supervision of a CI Lead peer.
- Disseminate CI culture across Business Operations department.
- Contribute to CI training programs.
- Contribute to CI Culture elevation at Hub level, like organizing events and supporting the CI recognition program.
- Contribute to CI governance with various stakeholders.
- Provide the right factual data to Process Owners so they can take the best decisions.
About you
- Experience: Previous contributions to Continuous Improvement programs and experience in the GBS/BPO Shared Services industry or consulting industry
- Soft skills: Excellent written and oral communication, analytical skills and team player
- Technical skills: Knowledge/certification on Continuous Improvement methodology
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory)
