GP Transco Colombia division was recently established as a satellite office to provide direct support to our operations.
***NOTE: this position is work from the office in Medellin. Not from home***

Position Requirements:

Possess strong communication skills - verbal and written ENGLISH.
Microsoft office experience.
Basic computer proficiency.
Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis
MUST multi-task in a fast paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
Customer service skills.
Thoroughness and Attention to detail is very important.
Self-motivated problem-solver that has a strong desire to meet our company needs.
Accurate data entry.

General Job Duties:

Inbound/outbound calls.
Manual daily billing for specific customers.
Data entry.
Effectively prioritize situations and make decisions based on the information received.
Providing billing updates to the customers via e-mail and/or phone.
Assisting account department with their day-to-day duties.

Schedule:
Monday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Tuesday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Wednesday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Thursday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Friday 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST
Full-time (No remote work)
